I was at Porter Creek in Healdsburg yesterday & their Viognier is quite nice. It's oaked, but in neutral barrels, so it is just providing mouthfeel for the wine without losing the aromatics. Thanks for the good read!

$36. Classic Viognier, so plenty of honeysuckle. Maybe a little pear.

Thank you for the interesting article, gave me a few new whites to try. I love a number of Chile sav. Blancs & Italian whites. So good when relaxing on a warm evening.
